VIDEO: Some Police officials are sitting on the laps of politicians - Karu

Some of the high ranking officials in the Police department are sitting on the laps of the politicians, Deputy Leader of the UNP Karu Jayasuriya stated today (March 3). There are no green flags allowed in some areas whereas blue flags are bountiful he further added.

Speaking at a press conference held today in Colombo, Jayasuiya implored the Elections Commissioner and state institutions to respect public opinion claiming that there was a growing awareness about his party.
