The LTTE conducting training camps in Tamil Nadu - Prime Minister

The LTTE are trying to reinstate themselves as they are training troops in three camps located in the Tamil Nadu area, Prime Minister D.M. Jayaratne said today (March 9) in Parliament as he proposed that the emergency law should be extended.

 

He stated that one such camp is training troops in particular for the elimination of VIP politicians while three LTTE are said to be heavily involved in the activity. Rudra Kumara based in the US, Nediyavan from Norway and Vinayagam who fled to India are said to be handling the operation.
