A revision of bus fares has to take place along with the fuel price hike, says the Lanka Private Bus Owners’ Association. Its President Gemunu Wijeratne pointed out that just as fuel prices have been increased bus fares also have to be increased.

He stated that the executive committee meeting of the Lanka Private Bus Owners’ Association is scheduled to be held on April 05 and that a final decision regarding a bus fare revision will be made at that meeting.
