4,500 school vans registered in WP

The National Child Protection Authority says that so far around 4500 school vans operating within the Western Province have been registered. The process of registering school vans in the Western Province will end on April 15, said NCPA Chairperson, Anoma Dissanayake.


The registration of school vans in other provinces is scheduled to commence from April 18 while school vans operating in the Puttalam and Kurunegala Districts in the North Western Province will be recorded next, she further expressed.
