Stuart Law to take over as Coach for England tour

Stuart Law has been appointed as the Coach of Sri Lanka for the upcoming tour of England, the Sri Lanka Cricket Board (SLCB) stated. A long-term coach will be selected by the board following the England tour.

 

It is reported that three names have been shortlisted to fill the coaching vacancy for the long-term while former Sri Lanka coach Tom Moody, Trevor Penney and Matthew Maynard have been reported as the three most likely to take up the role.

 

Meanwhile, Former Sri Lankan Captain Marvan Atapattu is set to be appointed as the batting Coach for the team.
