Kadirgamar Institute tranferred to the Foreign Ministry

The Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute of Strategic Studies was transferred back to the Ministry of External Affairs by President Mahinda Rajapaksa today, Director General of the President’s Media Division, Bandula Jayasekara said.
