Illangakoon next IGP?

Following the resignation of IGP Mahinda Balasuriya, Senior DIG N. K. Illangakoon is tipped to take over the reins, sources told Ada Derana. IGP Balasuriya tendered his retirement papers today to President after the Katunayaka incident and the backlash which followed.
