Voter turnout in Jaffna 22.4%, Kilinochchi 52%

The voter turnout in Jaffna by 12.45pm today has been 22.4% while Kilinochchi has recorded 52% turnout, the respective Government Agents told Ada Derana. Meanwhile the turnout at polling stations at the Northern islands has been 30-40%.
