Free milk for students who come to the Public Library

The Colombo Municipal Council (CMC) has decided to provide all students who conduct their daily studies at the Colombo Public Library with a free milk packet.

Around 200 to 300 students come to the Colombo Public Library each day while some students travel from very far to come to the Library everyday Special Commissioner of the CMC, Omar Kamil stated.

He stated that the CMC has decided to provide these students with a free milk packet on arrival at the library while they hoped to gain the support of a few private milk food companies for this purpose.
