Vigilant residents catch ‘Grease Yaka’ menace

A suspected ‘Grease Yaka’ who had allegedly scared a woman in Pitawalagama, Badulla was caught by residents of the area and handed over to the Police.

 

The man was caught by the villagers while he was attempting to peep through an open window of a residence in the area. The villagers had been vigilant of his activities after he was suspected of scaring the women of the area for the last few days.

 

The residents tied the suspect to a tree and handed him to the police.
