Ganja cultivation in Buttala raided, 5 arrested

Officers of the Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) raided a vast ganja cultivation in the Weheragala area in Buttala today (August 12) morning and arrested five suspects. 

The narcotics officials, accompanied by an Ada Derana reporter, discovered the cultivation after traveling in rough terrain and small footpaths.
 
The Canabis chena was reportedly spread across approximately 5 acres of wooded land.
