Private bus strike on 155 route

All private buses operating in the 155 (Mattakkuliya - Soysapura) bus route have halted operations following an assault on a fellow employee, President of Lanka Private Bus Owners’ Association Gemunu Wijeratne said.
Speaking to Ada Derana he said the strike action was launched against the suspects involved in the attack, who have also stolen the bus operator’s wallet, not being arrested and punished by the law.
