Mother turns heroin supplier for jailed son

A woman was arrested in the Attanagalla Magistrate Court in possession of 6.4 grams of heroin which she claimed was for her son who was being brought to the court that day.
A group of policemen on duty at the court took the suspect into custody, the Weyangoda Police stated.
She will be presented at the Attanagalla Magistrates Court today (September 22) while the police are carrying out further investigations into the incident.
