VIDEO: Residents set fire to Police property in Dompe

The tense situation that has developed near the Dompe Police station has resulted in residents causing damages to police vehicles and other property, Police Spokesman SSP Maxi Procter stated.
The situation broke out after a suspect in police custody was said to have died while still in their care.
Police revealed that the suspect was apprehended upon information provided by another two suspects who were in police custody for a host of crimes in the area.
The suspect was escorted by police to a location where he had allegedly stored some stolen items when he had jumped out of the moving police jeep and had died.
The residents of the area set fire to a police motorbike while the fire has spread to the police station.
