VIDEO: Jacqueline wants to enter Sinhala cinema

Jacqueline Fernandez says she is hoping to enter Sinhala cinema, which she would ‘love to be a part of’, and is waiting to be approached with a good script for a Sinhalese movie.
In an exclusive interview with Ada Derana during a visit to the island, the former Sri Lankan beauty queen who is currently making waves in Bollywood, expressed keen interest in appearing in a Sri Lankan movie in the near future.
“Hopefully some great Sinhalese scripts will come my way so I can foray into Sri Lankan cinema as well, which I would love to support and be a part of.” she said.
Jacqueline, who was crowned Miss Sri Lanka for Miss Universe in 2006 and made her Bollywood debut with ‘Aladin’ in 2009, went on to feature in ‘Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai’ and also in ‘Murder 2’, is slated to appear in several highly anticipated sequels such as Housefull 2 and Race 2 among other movies.
However, the dazzling beauty says her entire journey started with winning the 2006 Miss Sri Lanka pageant.
