Lohan Ratwatte appointed Chief SLFP Organizer for Pathadumbara

Kandy District UPFA MP Lohan Ratwatte has been appointed as the chief organizer of the Pathadumbara seat for the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP).

The post was left vacant following the death of Minister General Anuruddha Ratwatta.

The appointment letter was handed to MP Ratwatte by President Mahinda Rajapaksa last evening (April 18).

Lohan Ratwatte was elected to the Central Provincial Council in 2009 following which he was elected to parliament on the SLFP ticket from the Kandy District at the last general election.
