Russian drowns at sea

A 32 year-old Russian-national has drowned at sea while swimming off Induruwa in Kosgoda. The Russian was sea bathing with several other foreigners when he was suddenly swept away by strong currents last evening, Kosgoda Police said.
The body has been recovered and placed at Karapitiya General Hospital while the postmortem examination is to be conducted today (11).
