President Mahinda Rajapaksa appoints former MP A.H.M. Azwer as Senior Advisor to the President on parliamentary affairs, mass media and communication. Azwer resigned from parliament on November 28 while the seat was given to All Ceylon Muslim Congress (ACMC) provincial council member Ameer Ali.(Pix by : Nalin Hewapathirana)
