President Mahinda Rajapakse stated that the rehabilitated people of the north have been given the same things that people elsewhere in the country have received.
The president also requested that there are certain people who are trying to use the people’s problems to their own advantage and to not fall for those tricks, but to work towards the betterment of you and your children.
The president made these statements at the final stage of the rehabilitation process, where the president also requested to help the people and not to drag them further into an abyss.
The president further stated that all people can get on with their day to day activities without any fear and what needs to be done now is for all communities to get together and work towards the development of the country.
