
Thirteen schools in the island will be complete closed October 24 to November 06 for G.C.E. Advanced Level paper marking while 17 other schools will be partly closed, the Department of Examinations said.
Examination Commissioner General W.M.N.J. Pushpakumara stated that the names of the schools to be closed will be announced on Monday.
He said the evaluation of Advanced Level papers Phase I began on October 8 and will be completed by October 18 while a special meeting would be held for the evaluators from October 18 to 23.
