VIDEO: Customs net ‘Pan Parag’ worth Rs.500 million in 8 containers

Eight containers with the banned intoxicant ‘Pan Parag’ imported from India and worth over Rs. 500 million have been seized by Sri Lanka Customs today.

The containers which had arrived from India are scheduled to be opened today (16), Customs Superintendents Priyantha Saparamadu said. 

It is the largest haul of pan parag, popular among students and youth in the country, seized by customs officials.
