Police find body of youth who drowned in the Kelani River

The body of a youth
who drowned in the Kelani River was found this afternoon (August 12) at the 5thmilepost on the Old Avissawella road, police stated.
The victim was swimming
in the river with three others and was visiting relatives during the time of
the incident. The victim was a resident of Narahenpita.
