Beruwala PS member sentenced to 7 years in prison for molesting girl

UPFA member of the
Beruwala Pradeshiya Sabha, Rathnasiri Kaluperuma was sentence to seven years
rigorous imprisonment today (October 23) by the Kalutara High Court after being
found guilty of child molestation.
The PS member was convicted
of molesting a 15 year old girl while he was also ordered to pay compensation
of Rs.600,000 to the girl.
