VIDEO: Sajith could strengthen the UNP leadership council

We have invited UNP MP Sajith Premadasa to join the UNP leadership council, Adviser of the Eksath Bhikkhu Peramuna, Ven. Girambe Ananda thero said today. He added that there were minor disagreements within the council however they could be ironed out.

Ananda thero claimed that he requested Premadasa to join the council if he loved the people. A powerful leadership council could be formed if Sajith joins, he added.

Criticizing the council will be counterproductive as a powerful council is the only solution to empower the opposition, Ananda thero said.
