NPC passes resolution calling for direct flights from Trinco, Palali to India

A resolution demanding direct flights from Trincomalee and Palali to India, passed by the Northern Provincial Council, NPC member M.K. Sivagilingam told Ada Derana. Another resolution was passed calling for the Kankasanthurai harbor to be used as a commercial port, he added.

 

Sivagilingam stated that these decisions will be communicated to the Sri Lankan and Indian governments in future.
