Australians attacked by wasps in Sigiriya

Four foreign nationals including 2 women were hospitalized following a wasp attack while they were climbing the Sigiriya Rock Fortress this morning.

Police said the four Australians were subject to the wasp attack near the Lion’s paw stairway and that they have been discharged after being treated at the Kimbissa hospital.
