President visits Vidya’s family

President Maithripala Sirisena paid a visit to the family members of Sivaloganathan Vidya who was brutally raped and murdered in 2015.
The President called on the family residing in Kayts yesterday (21), following an official visit to the North.
During the visit the President ensured the parents of Vidya that special attention will be paid to the education of the younger sibling. The younger sibling of Vidya is currently a student at the University of Jaffna.
