The Dambulla police on Sunday (3) arrested Central Provincial Minister Pramitha Bandara Tennakoon over an alleged assaulting incident.


Police Spokesperson ASP Ruwan Gunasekara said that Provincial Minister was arrested following a complaint lodged with the Dambulla police on Saturday.


Tennakoon will be produced before the Dambulla Magistrate, today.

PC Minister Pramitha Bandara Tennakoon, Who was arrested today, has been released on bail by the Dambulla Magistrate.
