Twenty students hospitalised for food poisoning

Twenty students from a school in Minuwangoda have been hospitalised following a case of food poisoning, the police said.

Initial investigations indicate that the students fell ill after consuming food that was given to them by the school this morning (15).

The students aged between 8 to 9 are currently receiving treatment at the Minuwangoda Base hospital.
