One killed, another injured in shooting near Balapitiya court

One person was killed, and another was injured after an unidentified gunman opened fire at them near the Balapitiya Magistrate’s Court, a short while ago on Tuesday (16).
The wounded person with life-threatening injuries has been admitted to the Balapitiya hospital, Ada Derana reporter said.
The remains of the deceased have been deposited at the Same hospital pending an autopsy. The police are investigating to identify the suspect.
