Body of drowned boy found in Agulana

The police have found the body of a 15-year-old boy who had drowned while bathing in the sea off Agulana, Ada Derana reporter said.


The body was found following a two-day long joint search operation launched by the police and navy.


The deceased has been identified as a resident of Agulana, the reporter added.


His remains have been taken to the Colombo South hospital for a post-mortem.
