Son of MP Aluthgamage arrested for drunk driving

Kanishka Aluthgamage, son of MP Mahindananda Aluthgamage has been arrested on charges of driving under the influence of liquor, police said.


He was arrested by the Kirulapone police last evening (24) and later was released on police bail, it was reported.


Kanishka Aluthgamage has been ordered to appear at the Colombo Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.
