A member of vedda community killed, suspect arrested

A member of vedda community has been killed after he was attacked with a rock in Dambana, police said.


The incident occurred over a family dispute and a suspect has been arrested over the murder, according to police.


The deceased is identified as a 78-year-old who was a resident of Gurukumbura area in Dambana.
