Gemunu calls to appoint commission to probe NTC issue

The President should appoint a commission to investigate alleged fraudulent transactions occurred at the National Transport Commission (NTC), Lanka Private Bus Owners’ Association says.

President of the Lanka Private Bus Owners’ Association, Gemunu Wijeratne states that the Government bears a loss of about Rs. 1 billion annually on account of these fraudulent activities.

Wijeratne stated this at a press conference held in Colombo.
