Rajitha demands investigation on company selling over priced drugs

Health Minister Rajitha Senaratne has demanded an immediate investigation to be held on the company that had been selling medication for cancer, above the maximum retail price. 

Minister had requested for this investigation after receiving a letter of complaint. 

The company which had purchased the drug for Rs.125000, had sold it for a price of Rs. 429000. 

Senaratne has requested for public health inspectors to make a formal investigation on the situation.
