Sampath Sri Nilantha appointed NCP Minister

Sampath Sri Nilantha has been sworn in as the North Central Province Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, a short while ago. 

He was appointed to fill the portfolios previously held by R.M.P.B. Ratnayake, who was removed from the position.
