MP Prasanna Ranaweera grilled at FCID

UPFA Gampaha District MP Prasanna Ranaweera arrived at the Financial Crimes Investigations Division (FCID) this morning to record a statement with regard to a complaint against him. 

He has been accused of selling a government-owned property of 80 perches located in Kiribathgoda, during his tenure as the Chairman of the Kelaniya Pradeshiya Sabha. 

He had allegedly sold a two perch portion of the land to a one of his relatives.
