Arjun Aloysius of Perpetual Treasuries Limited once again arrived at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry investigating the controversial Central Bank treasury bond issuance, this morning (9).

Mr Aloysius is appearing before the commission for the third day, after he was summoned by the commission to give a statement.

Investigations conducted by the AG’s department on several deleted telephone conversations revealed Aloysius had received confidential insider information which he in turn passed on to Palisena with instructions on how to bid based on this information from a certain “powerful friend.”
