CBK hands over SLFP nominations from Gampaha

A contingent of SLFP members headed by former President Chandrika Kumaratunga arrived at the Gampaha District Secretariat earlier today (11) to submit the SLFP nominations for three Local Government institutions from Gampaha.
Ada Derana correspondents stated that the group headed by the former President submitted the nominations for the Local Government institutions.
Meanwhile leader of the JVP Anura Kumara Dissanayake stated that the SLFP and the UNP have become archaic political entities that have out of date ideologies.
MP Dissanayake made these statements while addressing a political rally in Kurunegala.
