All leave of postal workers cancelled

The Post Master General has stated that all leave of Postal Department employees have been cancelled.

The employees who fail to report for duty tomorrow (19) will be deemed as having vacated their posts, he further stated.

Based on several demands, postal workers commenced a strike since the 4th of June.

They engaged in a protest in front of the Central mail Exchange this morning (18), which caused disruptions in the traffic flow.
