Fonseka regrets the corrupt are not punished appropriately

It is regrettable that the corrupted aren’t punished appropriately, said Minister of Sustainable Development, Wildlife and Regional Development Field Marshall Sarath Fonseka.
He points out that they would be subjected to public scorn if authorities don’t take action about it.
He stated this responding to media personnel at Colombo.
