Minister of National Integration, Official Languages, Social Progress and Hindu Religious Affairs Mano Ganesan says that passing of a new Constitution at the parliament alone is not enough.
The Minister points out that a referendum is absolutely necessary reagrding a new constitution.
Ganesan expressed these views in response to questions raised by media personnel at the Borella area.
