Twenty two year old shot dead at Angoda Junction

A person has been killed in a shooting incident at the Angoda Junction this evening (07), stated the Police Media Spokesperson.

Reportedly, two unidentified gunmen who had arrived on a motorcycle had fired the shots at around 7.35 pm today.

A 22 year old youth from Kelanimulla, Angoda had succumbed to his injuries upon admittance to the Colombo National Hospital, stated the police.

Mulleriyawa police is conducting further investigation on the matter.
