Heavy traffic at Ward Place due to protest

Heavy congestion is reported from Ward Place in Colombo due to a protest, stated Ada Derana reporter.
Reportedly, the protest has been organized by the students following the HNDE (Higher National Diploma in Engineering) courses.
The students are engaging in the protest in front of the University Grants Commission (UGC), according to Ada Derana reporter.
