Ruwan Wijewardene sworn in as Non-Cabinet Minister

State Minister of Defence Ruwan Wijewardene has been sworn in as the Non-Cabinet Minister of Mass Media before the President, a short while ago.

He took oath before President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat this evening (22), the PMD said.

Secretary to the President Udaya R. Seneviratne was also present on the occasion.
