Govt. is not responsible for Carbon Tax

Minister of Health and Indigenous Medicine Rajitha Senaratne says that the Carbon Emission Tax on vehicles has been imposed by the Ministry of Environment.

The Minister points out that the responsibility of the tax cannot be accepted by the government as the environment ministry assigned under the President.

Senaratne expressed these views addressing a meeting held in Kalutara area.
