Technology Faculty of Jaffna Uni temporarily closed

The Council of the University of Jaffna has decided to temporarily close the Faculty of Technology for a week starting from today (26), the Vice-Chancellor Prof Ratnam Vigneswaran said.

The decision has been taken due to an incident related to ragging activities on the freshmen students of the Faculty of Technology.

the faculty will be reopened soon after the situation is resolved, the Vice Chancellor further stated.
