Maradana-bound train derails at Kalutara

A Maradana-bound commuter train from Galle has derailed at Kalutara this morning (28), the Railway Control Room stated.

Accordingly, four compartments of the train had derailed between Kalutara South and Kalutara North train stations.

It was reported that this has delayed all train services on coastal line.
