‘Bakmaha Diwuruma’ to fight against drugs

President Maithripala Sirisena stated that ‘Bakmaha Diwuruma’, an anti-drug pledge by all the school children will be launched April this year.

Accordingly, the program will commence island-wide from the morning of 3rd April.

The President mentioned this at a meeting held with the media heads outlining the new program in his campaign against illicit drugs. They include an anti-drug pledge by all the school children on April 3. It is named as ‘Bakmaha Diwuruma’.
