Thunderstorms predicted in four provinces

The Department of Meteorology says that thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and thunder are likely to occur in Sabaragamuwa, Central, Southern and Western provinces.

Issuing a thunderstorm advisory for the above provinces for the period until 11pm today (23), it said temporarily strong gusty winds up to 70-80 kmph are also possible during thundershowers.
